shop policy + returns

processing time

while all orders are shipped as promptly as possible, please allow up to five business days for processing, unless otherwise noted in the product description. 

during promotion periods, all orders will ship within 1-2 weeks. during Black Friday, orders will ship within 2 weeks. 

 

pricing + tax

all prices are listed in CAD. canadian customers will be charged applicable provincial sales tax. international customers are responsible for any applicable import + duty fees upon receipt. 

 

easy, simple returns

please contact us at minimono.ca@gmail.com to initiate all returns. within 14 days of delivery, we will happily accept your new, unused, regular priced items in their original packaging for a return or exchange. returns must be marked shipped back to us within 21 days of delivery or will not be eligible for a refund. returns received past the 21 day window will be issued as shop credit.  

swimwear is eligible to exchange only at our discretion. 

sale and promotional discount merchandise is returnable for shop credit only. If you apply a promo code to your order, it is eligible to return for shop credit only. Black Friday and Clientele/Anniversary sale orders are FINAL.  

any order concerns must be indicated within 21 days of delivery, outside of manufacturer warranty. 

we are not responsible for return shipping, nor are shipping costs refundable.

if a package is returned to us due to an address not being inputted completely or properly, we not responsible for the return shipping charge and it will be deducted from the return. Please be diligent and double check your address when placing your order.

please note that sezzle orders are eligible only for shop credit. we appreciate your understanding. 

If items are returned without tags attached or missing original packaging, the return will not be processed nor will the product be returned to sender. 

Maileg of the Month free gift eligibility:

our Maileg of the month program allows clients to receive a free gift with orders that meet a monthly free gift threshold. If a client request a return on an order which has included a free gift, and the updated order value no longer meets the free gift eligibility threshold; the free gift must be returned. New, unused, and with tags attached. Alternatively, we reserve the right to deduct the retail value of the free gift from the return if the updated order value does not meet, said eligibility requirement. 

privacy

your privacy is important to us. we will not ever sell, distribute or publish your personal information including name, email address or physical address. 

 

order cancellation

minimono.ca reserves the right, without notice or obligation, to discontinue or modify the characteristics and prices of the products and services offered on this website.

 

website error

mistakes happen. In the event that a product is displayed with an error, we do reserve the right to cancel any order that may have been made for such product. If your credit card has been charged, we will refund your original method of payment for the full amount of the product.
