When will my Black Friday order ship?
We anticipate that Black Friday orders will ship within 2 weeks. This is dependant on order volume as we are a small, family business. We appreciate your patience!
please read product descriptions carefully and contact us with any sizing questions before ordering.
Can I add another item to my order?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to make order adjustments during Black Friday. But you’re welcome to place as many orders as you want during the sale period!
Can I return or exchange my Black Friday order?
Sale orders are FINAL. If an exchange is approved at the discretion of minimono.ca, the client is responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
I made an order and want to change my order before it ships. Is this possible?
Unfortunately, during Black Friday, due to the high volume of orders we are not able to make changes to your order. We appreciate your diligence and understanding.
I had an item in my cart and am now seeing a Shopify error page. What does this mean?
It sounds as though your preferred item has sold out since you put it in your cart.
Stock is NOT reserved once in your cart. We do highly recommend you shop early to avoid disappointment and to ensure you're able to shop our best selection. If stock is sold out, it will show as 'coming soon'. Discount will not apply to sold out items in your cart.
We ship all orders via Canada Post expedited service within Canada, unless shipping speed is upgraded at check out. For USA orders, orders ship via 3 day UPS service.
Do you offer free local pick up?
YES. There is an upfront fee of $8.95 for local pick up. We are happy to refund this fee once the order is picked up at our family home in Oakville, Ontario. Once you place your order, please wait to receive your pick up detail email.
The product/size I'm looking for says coming soon. When is it restocking?
Sold out items will appear as 'coming soon'. If a sale item appears as 'coming soon', it is not restocking and we apologize for the inconvenience. If a regular price item appears as 'coming soon', sign up to be notified once it is available to order.
All stock listed as available during Black Friday is expected to arrive to you in time for Christmas. minimono is not responsible for shipping delays that may occur after the order is shipped. If a shipment is delayed, and we do not expect your order to arrive to you before Christmas, you'll be notified via email.
Some items will be available to preorder and detailed as such in the product description. If your order includes a preorder item, the order will be held and shipped in its entirety once the preorder item arrives.
Please refer to our Black Friday fine print + FAQ before emailing us directly. During BLACK FRIDAY, we receive a high volume of client service email and do our best to reply within a timely manner. Please allow one week for email service.
