The business turned a corner in 2019 and I’ve been white knuckling our growth ever since. I am looking for a team member who loves organization, has exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The primary role for this position is order fulfillment in our shared warehouse space, but I can assure you that every day will be different and there will be opportunities to learn new parts of the business too. Computer skills would be a fantastic asset here. You will be responsible for packing orders, receiving/managing inventory, keeping our warehouse space meticulously clean and shipping beautiful orders to our amazing clients.
Your employment learning will start with basic skills in the warehouse and there is absolutely opportunity for the right person to work their way up as the business grows.
I am looking for a team member with quite a bit of schedule flexibility. We can guarantee 20 hours a week to start, with an opportunity to increase to 25-40 hours a week in November and December as we anticipate our busiest Holiday sales season yet.
The pay will be hourly and based on skill set and experience. There are opportunities for advancement as your position advances.
